1 - Where can I see the shipping costs?
You can see the cost of shipping in Italy after placing the products in the cart and selecting the province and postal code. The shipping cost varies according to the weight and volume of the requested products.
For shipments abroad we will provide a quote by contacting us directly.
2 - What shipping method is used?
Shipments will be made by means of carriers defined by the F.lli Favaro company
3 - What are the delivery times?
Most of our items are produced by us on a daily basis and it is possible that the items in the same order are not all available for shipment, which is why we do not require immediate payment of the order. Upon receipt of the order we will send you a confirmation email which will indicate the times required for production.
When the order is ready, the shipment of the goods will take place within 2 working days of receipt of payment.
Our couriers deliver within 2/4 working days of shipment. For heavy and/or bulky shipments we have slower couriers who deliver in about 4/7 working days.
Unless explicitly indicated, delivery is understood to be at street level.
