The contract stipulated between the company F.lli Favaro s.n.c. di Favaro Alberto e Agostino and the customer must be considered concluded with the acceptance of the order by the company F.lli Favaro snc. This acceptance is considered tacit, unless otherwise communicated in any way to the customer.
By placing an order in the various ways provided, the customer declares to have read all the information provided to him during the purchase procedure and to fully accept the general and payment conditions.
Once the online purchase procedure has been completed, the customer will print or save an electronic copy and in any case keep these general conditions of sale in compliance with the provisions of articles 52 and 53 of Legislative Decree No. 206/2005 on distance selling.
1. PRODUCTS: PRICES AND FEATURES
Unless otherwise indicated, the prices of the products published must be inclusive of VAT. The prices of the products published from time to time cancel and replace the previous ones and are subject to the actual availability of the products. The company F.lli Favaro s.n.c. reserves the right to confirm or modify the prices of the products published on its website or in information brochures and advertising material, upon confirmation of the customer's order. Product images are indicative and not binding. Although the products are presented through images and photographs these are to be understood as a mere reference, sometimes the characteristics or the color may vary. The products are not supplied on a trial basis. Despite the operators of the company F.lli Favaro s.n.c. can provide information on the characteristics of the products, the customer is responsible for choosing the products ordered and for the compliance and conformity of the specifications indicated with their needs.
The sending of the order by the customer determines the conclusion of the contract and the obligation to pay the price, taxes and any additional charges and expenses, as specified on the order page. Once the order has been submitted, the customer will be sent an email confirming receipt of the order to the email address provided for this purpose. All purchase orders for products sent to the company F.lli Favaro s.n.c. and must be complete in all their parts and must contain all the elements necessary for the correct identification of the products ordered. Each order of products sent to the company F.lli Favaro s.n.c. constitutes the customer's contractual proposal and, therefore, will be binding for the company F.lli Favaro s.n.c. only if confirmed by the same for acceptance. The fulfillment of the order by the company F.lli Favaro s.n.c. is equivalent to confirmation and acceptance of the same. The company F.lli Favaro s.n.c. reserves the right not to accept incomplete or not duly completed orders. In case of non-execution of the order by the company F.lli Favaro s.n.c. (if the same is due to unavailability of the products ordered by the customer) The company F.lli Favaro s.n.c. will inform the customer as soon as possible.
3. METHOD OF PAYMENT
The payment conditions that the company F.lli Favaro s.n.c. applies to its customers are as follows:
- Payment by advance bank transfer
- Payment with Paypal by prepaid/credit card (on the secure server of the PayPal site)
3.1 PAYMENT BY ADVANCE BANK TRANSFER
The method of payment must be by advance bank transfer, when you will be notified that your order is ready for shipment. What is ordered by the customer will be kept busy until receipt of proof of bank transfer, to be sent to the company F.lli Favaro s.n.c. by e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org no later than 10 days from the payment notice.
The shipment of the order will take place only after verification of the actual crediting of the amount due to the current account of the company F.lli Favaro s.n.c., in the event that a copy of the accountant is not sent as indicated above.
The reason for the transfer must include: the order reference number; the date of placing the order; name and surname of the order holder.

3.2 PAYMENT BY CREDIT CARD/PAYPAL
All cards belonging to the following circuits are accepted: Visa, MasterCard, American Express.
Service available online on Paypal secure server.
In cases of purchase of goods with credit card payment methods, together with the conclusion of the online transaction, the reference bank will debit the amount relating to the purchase made.
In the event of cancellation of the order by the customer or in the event of non-acceptance of the same by the company F.lli Favaro s.n.c., the latter will simultaneously request the cancellation of the transaction and the return of the committed amount.
The return times, for some types of cards, depend exclusively on the banking system.
Once the transaction has been canceled, in no case will the company F.lli Favaro s.n.c. may be held responsible for any damages, direct or indirect, caused by the delay in the failure to release the amount committed by the banking system.
The company F.lli Favaro s.n.c. reserves the right to ask the customer for additional information (e.g. telephone number) or to send copies of documents proving ownership of the card used. In the absence of the required documentation, the company F.lli Favaro s.n.c. reserves the right not to accept the order.
At no time during the purchase procedure will the company F.lli Favaro s.n.c. is able to know the information relating to the buyer's credit card, transmitted via secure connection directly and exclusively to the website of the bank that manages the transaction.
No computer archive of the company F.lli Favaro s.n.c. will keep this data.
In no case will the company F.lli Favaro s.n.c. can therefore be held responsible for any fraudulent, undue use of credit cards by third parties, when paying for products purchased on their sites. All payments are managed independently by third party services. Therefore, this Website does not collect payment data - such as credit card numbers - but receives a notification once the payment has been successful. In the event that the payment made by one of the available means fails or is refused from the payment service provider, the Account Holder is not obliged to execute the order. Any costs or commissions deriving from the failed or refused payment are charged to the customer. In the event that the customer authorizes the PayPal function that allows future purchases, this website will store an identification code linked to the customer's PayPal account. This will allow this Website to automatically process payments for future purchases. The authorization can be revoked at any time by contacting the Owner or by changing the PayPal personal settings.
The buyer must request the invoice at the time of the order by communicating a valid VAT number and/or tax code.
The customer must also communicate the UNIQUE CODE or PEC FOR ELECTRONIC INVOICING via the order form on the website email@example.com
For the issuance of the invoice, the information provided by the customer at the time of the order is valid.
No change in the invoice will be possible after its issuance.
5. SHIPPING COSTS
The cost of shipping is charged at the end of the order confirmation procedure, after placing the products in the shopping cart and indicating your region and postal code. We advise you to group your items in one order. The cost of transport will be calculated on the basis of the weight/volume ratio of the items ordered. Shipments will be made by carriers defined by the company F.lli Favaro s.n.c. Shipping costs are in any case due and charged to the customer, even if the same makes use of the right of withdrawal, or refuses or returns to the sender, for any reason, the regularly ordered goods.
The shipping costs for returning the goods to our warehouse are in any case the full responsibility of the customer.
In the latter case, the customer will have to reimburse the aforementioned shipping costs, and possibly, in the event of non-payment of the same, the company F.lli Favaro s.n.c. will take legal steps to recover the aforementioned credit.
The transport cost is charged at the end of the order confirmation procedure by indicating your region and postal code. We carry out shipments throughout Italy and abroad by carrier. The courier will be chosen based on the characteristics of the package to be shipped (weight, size, volume and number of packages). For shipments abroad we will provide a quote by contacting us directly.
The customer is required to guarantee, at the address provided, the presence of a person authorized to collect the goods to prevent the shipment from entering storage. Also, make sure that the same name as the one appearing as the order holder is written on the intercom.
Indicate the recipient's address if different from the billing address.
Your parcel will be sent at your own risk but we try to take great care in preparing parcels for dispatch.
Deliveries are made to the address indicated by the User and in the manner indicated in the order summary. Upon delivery, Users must check the contents of the package and promptly report any anomalies.
7. DELIVERY TIMES
Most of our items are produced by us daily and it is possible that the items in the same order are not all available for shipment, it is for this reason that we do not require immediate payment of your order. Upon receipt of your order we will send you a confirmation email where the times necessary for production will be indicated.
The shipment of the goods will take place within 2 working days of receipt of payment.
Delivery: our couriers deliver within 2/4 working days of shipment. For heavy and/or bulky shipments we have slower couriers who deliver in about 4/7 working days.
There is no compensation for damages for any delays in case of delay in shipment or delivery of goods. We are not liable in any way for any delivery errors deriving from inaccuracies or omissions committed by the customer in completing the purchase order, nor for any damage or delays occurring after delivery to the courier if the latter has been instructed by the customer. Unless otherwise specified, each delivery attempt starting from the second will be charged to the customer and any storage costs will be charged to him. The goods are considered delivered upon their exit from the warehouses of the company F.lli Favaro s.n.c and travels at the customer's risk and peril even if sold carriage paid. Unless explicitly indicated, delivery is understood to be at street level. In the event that the customer does not collect the goods ordered and stored at the warehouses of the courier and/or of the company F.lli Favaro s.n.c. within 5 (five) working days. due to the repeated impossibility of delivery to the address indicated by the customer at the time of the order, the same order will be cancelled.
8. RECEIPT OF GOODS
Upon delivery of the goods, the customer is required to check that the number of packages delivered corresponds to what is indicated in the transport document and that the packaging is intact and not altered even in the closing tapes. In case of tampering and/or breakage or any doubts about the integrity of the goods, the customer must immediately dispute the shipment and/or delivery by writing "I ACCEPT WITH RESERVE" with the motivation and then affix his signature. The customer must then report any damage or discrepancy within 7 (seven) days of receipt of the goods. Once the delivery receipt has been signed, the customer will not be able to make any objection regarding the external characteristics of what has been delivered.
9. RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Returns and refunds will be possible within 14 days of receiving the order, for unused items, by contacting us at the email address firstname.lastname@example.org indicating all your data and the reasons for the return. The shipping costs of the items to be returned will be charged to the customer. Please note that it will not be possible to make returns and obtain refunds for all items made to measure or with particular characteristics requested by the customer
All products sold by the F.lli Favaro s.n.c company are covered by a guarantee. To use the warranty, the customer must keep the invoice or delivery receipt.
In the event of a malfunction, non-functioning or defectiveness of the purchased item, the customer can contact us directly by sending an email to the email address email@example.com. The product must be returned by the customer in the original packaging, complete in all its parts (including packaging and any documentation and accessory equipment: manuals, etc.). To limit damage to the original packaging, we recommend, when possible, to place it in a second box; the affixing of labels or adhesive tapes directly to the original packaging of the product should be avoided in all cases. This guarantee applies to products that present a lack of conformity, provided that the product itself is used correctly, in compliance with its intended use and than provided for in the attached technical documentation.
The company F.lli Favaro s.n.c. in the event of a lack of conformity, it will restore the conformity of the product by means of repair or replacement, at no cost to the customer, or reduce the price until the contract is terminated.
If the defect does not result in a lack of conformity, the customer will be charged for any costs of verification and restoration incurred by the company F.lli Favaro s.n.c
No damage can be requested from the company F.lli Favaro s.n.c. for any delays in carrying out repairs or replacements.
11. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Sales on this site are subject to the right of withdrawal pursuant to /art. 64 of Legislative Decree 206/05.
The customer who intends to exercise the right of withdrawal must send, within 10 (ten) working days from receipt of the goods, a registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt. Alternatively, within the same term of 10 (ten) working days from receipt of the goods, a telegram, e-mail or fax may also be sent, provided that the intention to withdraw is confirmed by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt. receipt within the following 48 (forty eight) hours.
The aforementioned registered letter with return receipt must be sent to the following address:

and must contain:
- the manifestation of willingness to make use of the benefits granted by law;
- the indication of the relative product;
- the number of the invoice, if any, or failing that, the number of the waybill;
- data relating to your bank or postal current account.
To obtain a refund of the amount, within the same term of 10 (ten) days from receipt of the goods, the customer must also return to the sender by post or courier the product in relation to which he intends to exercise the right of withdrawal complete with any related invoice of sale.
Within 30 (thirty) days of receiving the communication in which the customer expresses the will to exercise the right of withdrawal, the company F.lli Favaro s.n.c. will refund by bank transfer or postal current account.
The aforementioned refund refers exclusively to the price of the product; in any case, the ancillary costs of shipping and home delivery will not be reimbursed and, therefore, will remain the responsibility of the customer.
The right of withdrawal is in any case subject to the following conditions:
- the law applies to the product in its entirety;
- it is not possible to exercise the withdrawal only on part of the product;
- the purchased good must be intact and not damaged in any way and returned in the original, perfectly sealed packaging, complete in all its parts (including packaging and any documentation and accessory equipment: manuals, etc.).
The shipment, until the certificate of receipt in the warehouse of the company F.lli Favaro s.n.c. is under the complete responsibility of the customer; in the event of damage to the goods during transport, the company F.lli Favaro s.n.c. will notify the customer of the incident (within five working days of receiving the goods in its warehouses), to allow the same to promptly file a complaint against the carrier. In this case, the product will be made available to the customer for its return, simultaneously canceling the request for withdrawal.
The right of withdrawal is lost entirely, due to lack of the essential condition of integrity of the goods (packaging and/or its contents), in cases where the company F.lli Favaro s.n.c. you ascertain: the lack of the external packaging and/or the original internal packaging; the absence of integral elements of the product (accessories, manuals, parts, etc.).
In the event of forfeiture of the right of withdrawal, the company F.lli Favaro s.n.c. will return the purchased goods to the customer, charging the shipping costs to the same.
Note: Customers who purchase with a VAT number cannot exercise the right of withdrawal.
In the event of a dispute, the Court of Turin is competent. Pursuant to and for the purposes of articles 1341 and 1342 of the civil code, the customer declares to have carefully read and understood and to specifically accept the following clauses of the conditions of sale of the company F.lli Favaro snc: 1, 2, 3, 3.1, 3.2, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10,11 and 12.
