WHAT IS THE PRIVACY POLICY
This information is provided pursuant to EU Regulation 679/2016 and subsequent national adaptation legislation (hereinafter, collectively "GDPR") and describes how the company Fratelli Favaro s.n.c. collects and processes the personal data of users or customers through its website, in particular www.fratellifavaro.com (hereinafter "Site"), or more generally whenever express reference is made to this Privacy Policy.
The expression "personal data" means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person. For example, the name, an identification number, location data, an online identifier are personal data.
Fratelli Favaro s.n.c. may modify, integrate or periodically update this Information, also in consideration of any changes to the applicable legislation or provisions of the Guarantor for the Protection of Personal Data. Substantial changes and updates to the Privacy Policy will be applied and brought to the attention of the interested parties as soon as they are adopted by updating the link to the Privacy Policy in the footer of the Site and by communicating via email to registered users. In the event of changes that significantly affect the rights of the registered user, the communication will be made with reasonable notice.
PURPOSE OF THE TREATMENT AND LEGAL BASIS
The data are processed for the following purposes.
a) On the basis of the contractual necessity in order to:
- respond to your requests for information;
- manage the user account in case of registration on the Sites to use the related services;

TYPES OF DATA PROCESSED
Below is a description of the categories of data we process:

RIGHTS OF THE INTERESTED PARTIES
The subjects to whom the personal data refer have the right at any time to obtain confirmation of the existence or otherwise of the same data and to know its content and origin, verify its accuracy or request its integration or updating, or rectification (article 7 of the Code regarding the protection of personal data). Pursuant to the same article, one has the right to request cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed in violation of the law, as well as to oppose in any case, for legitimate reasons, their treatment.
